Our staff is working hard to ship your orders. As we practice safe social distancing and sanitization procedures, all USPS orders, no matter the priority, may experience a delay. The processing timeframe may be extended during the global pandemic. Thank you for your support and understanding during this time.
Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns/exchanges for sanitary reasons. If you received a damaged and/or incorrect item(s), please email us (Info@dripfairy.com). In the event that your item(s) is damaged and/or incorrect, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please email us within 10 days of receiving your item(s), we cannot process any requests after 10 days.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing , and 5-7 business days for shipping (may be shipped earlier) NATIONAL HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Once your order is processed, you will a get a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number (please check junk folder). All orders are shipped via USPS. Please use our Track Order Page to stay updated on the status of your order.
1. When will my order ship?
Our processing time is within 2-3 business days. After processing your order will ship via the shipping method you selected.
Available shipping options are: USPS First Class (5-7 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
2. Why does my package say delivered, but I have not received it?
If this issue happens please reach out to your local United States Postal Service or contact them via their toll-free number: 1(800)-275-8777
Also, please check with your neighbor or leasing office.
3. Do you except returns? What is your Returns Policy?
At this time all sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we can not allow any refunds, returns or exchanges.
4. My package was marked undeliverable, what should I do?
If your package is deemed undeliverable by USPS it will be returned to our headquarters. Once we physically receive the package back and confirm that it was undeliverable, we will then issue a full refund for your order. You will be notified about the refund. We can not reship orders that have been returned to us.
